My candidacy is based on the belief that the judiciary needs to be accountable to the citizens it serves. This starts with being present and accessible to ensure that both victims of crime, as well as those accused, have their day in court without unnecessary delays.

Additionally, it is incumbent upon the judiciary to be proactive and innovative by starting programs that work to deter crime and reduce the recidivism rate. When elected, I will start a first time offenders program to help those accused of lower level felonies get an education, and develop job skills, so they return to our community as productive citizens, not convicted felons.

We did it. Election Day was November 4th, 2014 and your voice was heard. Join me in my race to “Step Up For Justice” and Dallas County, I pledge to Stand Up For You.”
